Great animation! I can tell you put alot of effort into this piece Ed, and it's good to see some serious work on this site as well. Some of the camera tricks you chose worked very well. One of my favourites was when the character looked in the bathroom and runs off, leaving the camera to reveal the pills lying on the ground. Also, it's a rare occurance to see such quality animation and rendering appear on NG, which makes this piece stand out so much. Each frame looks as though it was carefully drawn and rendered, (hopefully) allowing viewers to appreciate the time and hard work that went into this short film.

Like any good review, however, I've gotta get to the criticism. The running sequences were quite wonderfully animated, but it looks like the character isn't 'moving' enough for the ammount of running he is actually doing. Maybe if you increased the tween speed on the character in those scenes it would fix this? Needless to say, this is a very small "problem" (if you would even consider it as one). This is a great movie and worthy of a much more than NG stardom. You are giving the audience exactly what they want, but at the same time, keeping it reserved (making us want more).

Keep up the good work, I hope to see more!

"Excellent Story"

I love this story. Although it was long, the tediousness of it really helped make the viewer feel what the protagonist was experiencing. You captured the essence of "Tell Tale Heart" very thoughtfully.

Please don't make this movie. I'm sure you can be much more original than this. You have very nice layout and design concepts that show in this small clip, I'm sure u can do something better than "similar to MK".

Cool movie, the narrator had an awesome voice. The best part of this movie was the intro though (Macboy logo)! Gotta love Pixar!

Jackass is only funny because we see real people doing stupid things. This movie doesn't work because we've all seen these stunts before, but with real people (hence the comedy factor). This movie was just boring to watch, and sticks suck too, making it worse.

This was ok. I've seen too many rotoscope animations today. Try creating your own characters instead of tracing photgraphs, it could look alot better!
