Too short.
Horribly short!!!!! I pressed play, yawned, and the movie ended... honestly. Try to make your films much longer if you ever decide to make more. Also try to stay away from sticks, they arent cool and definetely are not creative. I only gave you a 7 for graphix because it was 3D.
Constructive Criticism
I know this probably took a while to make but i highly suggest that you increase your presentability. An important thing to remember is to make all the screens look top notch, by adding that extra detail, and this movie didn't do that. The gradients look too fabricated and really brings the animation down.
I don't play FF games much, but I can see the effect you want to gie with this. Make sure that you give the same effect all around, on every screen. It can be as simple as animating a candle to affect the lighting and mood on your title screen. The music was good in this movie though, it really made it more enjoyable.
Also, if you are to make another movie, make sure that the text stays up long enough to read, or even better, add buttons that allow users to go through at their own pace.

Improvement Necessary
This was not very good. I see that your "friend" tried to re-create the whole xiao xiao thing... almost entirely actually. The animation was really quite horrible and the drawings were too. If you plan on continuing with Flash, I highly recommend that you learn to use the program by studying tutorials and maybe paying a visit to FlashKit.com. Also, sticks aren't a creative form of animation anymore... GIVE THEM UP!

That was fun. Cool secrets, the ring one was kinda stupid, you could have had the girl at least killing the guy! The party boy death was the best one by far, very clever. Sticks are getting boring, learn to draw.
